    <directions>I do this in a large pan. mince the garlic, and saute in the olive oil for a minute or two. take it off the heat and add a splash of soy sauce.

Take the chicken and cut it in slices like you would for chicken tenders. 

Put the chicken in with your garlic stuff and continue the saute till cooked.

not qute sure why but this turns out sooooo good. I usually serve it with baked carrots they go really well with this.</directions>
