N: My son left his homework at my house and it is due today. His fa-ther claims there is no time to swing by my house to get it, so I have to bring it to his school. In my jammies.
P: I got to see my son this morning! And he smiled at me! And he was so grateful that I brought him his work. He's such a good kid.
N: The girl sitting next to me in math class today told me that this class was stupid, then she prompted to work on her french homework. In math class. How annoying.
P: I paid attention in math class today and will likely get an A in it. Don't care what the girl's grade will be.
N: Got a bad avocado. I completely demolished it before yelling out "JESUS CHRIST" in the college's common area and dramatically throwing it into the trash can. All I have for lunch now is a bag of chips and some yogurt.
P: Man are these chips ever good! And I mixed the yogurt myself this morning. Vanilla with fresh peach slices. Mmmmm....
You gotta make your own happiness, right? Sometimes things that you think are really bad, are actually good. And sometimes things are neither good nor bad, it all depends on your perception. Or at least that's what I'm telling myself today.
I'm also a little sensitive today for some reason. I don't know if it's the moon, or stress from the first week at school... (no that's not it, I love school). Flo's in town, so I'm sure that's a contributer. At any rate, the day's only just started, I've got half of a day to go, and I have the class I've been looking most forward to tonight: Japanese History. So it'll be good. Get the negative out of the way early on, right?
