can you believe it? the week has only begun!

this is for you geeks - the beer is sensational, i kid you not, this is the best beer that i've ever had!

this came at the perfect time! thank you for sending me this sample, it made my week!

if you're lucky enough to get a beer named after you, life is good!

1. steak, tofu snack and rice for dinner tonight. i love steak, it gives me iron & helps to build my muscle. i think i'm feeding the man in me when i eat this!

2. was in the middle of nowhere seattle style today! i chose to hoof it all the way to the southside via bus to pick up some rotten sausages! why? i suspected that they might be bad, but took the chance. damn that $20 from johnsonville! it was a horrible "microwaveable" sausage - i wanted that $20 bad apparently! in the heat, reading about menfolk, standing in the sun for too long, waiting for a bus that was late, i don't know. life is good - and i will make it easier for myself! UPS can only make it 3 times to your house during the day, and it you work 9-5 tuesday/saturday like i do, you have to pick it up!

3. the menfolk - they are a trip, huh? some of the stuff that i read blew me away! i was laughing out loud! i can communicate better with them after reading this book, i can be present in my feminine energy, use it the way it should be. we both benefit from this. i want to practice intimacy.

4. practing intimacy is hardcore! you face your deepest fears with that person, and vise versa. you learn to keep your heart open even when issues arise, they act a fool, etc. i'm brave enough to try, i want to master this.

5. the heart - what i got: love, a ton of it. i can share it and spread it around the globe. i can pour it onto your head! i have wells inside me that haven't even been unleashed yet! my kids get the most - my friends are my family - they have an unlimited supply from me. this is what i'm about. LOVE. and so are you!

6. i hooked up with my old buddy tim through myspace - i love myspace. thank you john for showing me this!

7. tim and i worked together at american express years ago. he told me once: "christy, i would do anything for you". he meant it. i used to wrap my arms around tim everyday and say: "i love you timo!". he would kind of freeze up, and let me do it. i hope that he finds the love of his life, the man that gets him is so lucky! timo is tops. he's had my back secretly for years. i love you tim!

8. i will open up my heart so wide that i can fit you inside of it. you attract a mate that can give/receive as much love as you can - i will do this the right way.

9. did see what alaska did? watch. the rest of the world will join in. the oil companies will be buying our food for us! this is just he begining! i want an unlimted supply of always pads, hair dye, free film school and my rent paid! how about back to school clothes for mars? i want a karmann gia! green would be nice! 1974, classic! maybe black convertible? i've been looking into this, these are my favorite cars!! i'll get one next year!

a vacation to new york, with my kids, all expenses paid. $20,000 cash in the bank? tell me: what do you want from those oil rich tycoons? get it!

10. the jolie pitts! they set a new standard! this is the masculine/feminine working in harmony! those kids! little shiloh is as cute as a button! lucky little maddox!

11. DREAM up what you want - tell it to your higherself/soul/mind. you can do this.
