Seriously, I'm pretty much a plastic hater, but for cryin out loud.....glass fairies for a 5 year old!? Or, is it my distructo kid? I begged my dd not to take them outside, but she insisted on a fairy puppet show on the patio.

Crash.
I should have known. I actually did know, but figured it would be a lesson to listen to mama. Too bad the porcelain fairy had to be the sacrifice.
Ok, so no slushy machine and no glass dolls.

Everything else is fair game.

we are not into plastic either but it sucked when we were on vacation and my recently weaned 18mo smashed the only glass bottle we brought with us while at the Boston aquarium. We had to go buy a plastic bottle, but guess what - it didn't break at all... sigh. It gets easier when they get older luckily. However, glass fairies are a bit fragile sounding, we have ceramic ones here. At least they can be glued when the wing breaks off. Still sadness because it is hard for kids to not drop things.
I didn't get the slushy machine part, but I'm sure I just missed something.

E is my destructo kid. I broke down & bought plastic figures, but they were made in Germany at least. We could do a trade of you want. I could send you figures & you could send me graham crackers???
