Jonah has started biting my boobs.
He doesn't have teeth yet, so it's not THAT bad, but eeek my nipples are sore. The worst part of it is that I can't even use the traditional "Say ouch loudly and pop him off" advice because he bites as he's popping himself off. He kind of clamps down and pulls hard, then pulls off. It's really strange.
I'm wondering if this is a teething thing or maybe just a bad habit he's gotten himself into. I still yell "ouch" as he's dong it, he smiles and sometimes he growls back.
Neither of my older kids had ever bitten while nursing, so this is new territory for me. The lanolin helps, but I was wondering if anyone had any other helpful hints.
