So, we had our house inspection Wednesday, and our realtor had the report by the end of the day. It actually went pretty well! She said she was pleasantly surprised with it, woohoo! She went over it with me and it seems that most the stuff is basic repair work, nothing horrible or out the blue that we didn't know about. We're still waiting on the WDO (wood destryoing organisms) report, but she's not expecting it to be anything out of the ordinary either.
So now we're just waiting on the buyers to go over it and get thier repair list back to us. There wasn't anything on the report that would constitute backing out of the deal, so it should really be a done deal, unless they just completely change their mind or something crazy like that. Woohoo, getting closer to that closing date
