We're not big gift givers but I wanted to get dh a little something as this past year has been a rough one and he has been an amazing partner on all fronts. I'm thinking of a pasta roller as he's mentioned it a few times...

It's the same thing we got him last year, but he loves them...so hey, we'll do it again!

I saw that too and thought it would be great for Ava to make for him! Great minds think alike, mama. Eye-wink

This is getting even weirder. I had the kids make those for my step-dad who works in an office. So funny that this was posted.

to a radical paper he reads. DSS really wants to get him rock 'em sock 'em robots. I have no idea where he got that idea from, but he's really set on it. i'm trying to steer him towards something homemade and meaningful and not made in china with plastic.

I love the subscription idea. My cousins recently tried to have the girls play rock 'em sock 'em and they loved it. But, I understand where your coming from. I was packing lunches today and totally grossed out at how much plastic I was using. So, today I picked up the reusable wax bags...a little bit here and there helps, right?!

I bought mine a magnolia tree a couple of weeks ago and already gave it to him. I'll make some yummy treats/meals when the actual day comes.

We'll take all the kids out the day before and do pictures at a place we like (with mud wrestling!). I'd like to do something surprise, preferably non money and more meaningful, too.
