Ok you notice caffeine is off. Yesterday was really hard and I realized it was because of the caffeine. I really need Go Juice (as my friend calls it) if I'm going to not eat the other three things and still take care of my kids well. It seemed like it was easy to avoid the others but silly to not drink my one little cup of coffee, especially since it's my only source of caffeine and it's not something I abuse or overuse. Dh & I even got in a little fight where he called my diet stupid, (bc I was so out of it I wanted him to watch the kids extra, and he was super tired from his night shift the night before.)
Food Today:
Breakfast: oatmeal with honey, cinnamon, and peaches. One plain coffee this morning; Ruta Maya organic coffee is so great it totally works plain for me.
Lunch (snacks between bfast & dinner): apple, carrots, cauliflower, cucumber, potato chips. Juicer: carrot, apple, celery, beet juice.
Dinner will be: chicken breast, cucumbers tossed w lemon & mint, Punjabi-style potatoes & cauliflower.
I got a double jogging stroller off Craigslist yesterday and took the kids on the 25 minute walk to the park today in the 96F heat. It was awesome! A little hard to maneouver on the turns, but so smooth and seeming to drive itself. I have to fix the alignment bc it was pulling to the right too much. But a great workout encouraging fast walking! I'm gonna do this 2x/week. i feel great!
