Curious.
This is my dd lower face. Low quality image, but....any thoughts on making into a tattoo?

Maybe incorperate her lashes (eyes closed?) It reminds me of a woman in a temple. That's a butterfly tattoo (painted on her cheek. I just love it.
Again, not too fine lined.

I am looking for a tattoo that incorporates a pinup style mermaid w/ my appearance (long brown hair and green eyes) without nipples showing, at least one turtle, and 8 daisies.

my trouble is I don't know where to put it right now.

I want a raven and the ocean...and I want the ocean to be reminicent of something you've done before that is very Japanese looking to me (al la Hokusai). Lately, I've been thinking I would like to put something Latin in there too...

There's a Mexico born Japanese artist that I've been loving lately but of course i can't think of his name right now.

But I do think I want one. Any suggestions on where to put one??

.How do you want to work this out? Prepay? Paypal?

Me, me!! For years I've wanted a tattoo of a magpie on either my upper arm or the back of my shoulder. Maybe with the word "magpie" in tattoo lettering- this is a nickname I had in high school. Is that enough to go on or do you need more info? I LOVE your work from what I've seen on here and $25 is totally a steal.
As a sidenote- do you do actual tattooing or just designs for now?

p.s. I'm envisioning the magpie on a branch, maybe w/ some cool flowers...

I'm interested!! I have a pretty good idea of what I want, just need the actual design created seeing as I have noooooo artistic drawing talent whatsoever!
The design I want is based on a image someone actually posted here a long time ago. It was a Rosie the Rivetor (sp?) who was pregnant and it said "I'm so crafty I make people.". When I get home I can post the actual image. I'd like to have a bit more detailed lady, more like the vintage type Rosie. Anyways, that's my idea. I want it on my left arm, on the underside under my elbow.

I have been thinking of finding someone to help me with a back tattoo that was started 12 years ago and never finished, I need someone to design over what is there.

I have kanji tattoos on one arm. I want to develop the arm into a half - sleeve but am not totally sure with what. I'll show you the arm if someone can tell me how to put a picture on here...

or "violent mother"???
I'm just being nosy now, but just wondering what the meaning is to you?

Well neither really. "Fierce" has a violent definition, and I guess I'm okay with that too -- lol-- not that I'm particularly violent, but I've definitely not come up the kush and kind road and I'm really okay about that. But fierce also connotes determination and action and some sort of a will to survive and to live and live alive. That's where it fits me to a t. I am fierce - I fiercely love, fiercely fight (metaphorically these days), fiercely mother, fiercely learn, fiercely "be" however, wherever, and whenever I am. I pour all of myself into everything that I am and everything that I do and everyone that I love. Does this make any sense? It probably sounds dumb....maybe you have to know me a little IRL....
I try to tattoo things on my body that are very much identification in some way - my back has a tribal with the rainbow colors, my breast has a dagger wrapped with a rose (that I got when I was 14 so its not that good but its a part of me). I want to integrate two female symbols and a male symbol tied together somewhere on the arm and then....I'm not sure...
I'm going to put a portrait of my niece on my back shoulder...I think.

Anyway, I hope that doesn't sound too strange...i'm not that weird, I promise!

He's been sending ideas to this tattoo guy for about 2 months now and the guy just isn't understanding him and I think my husband is starting to feel a bit discouraged. If you're interested I'll describe what he's trying to do (it's a shoulder onto the upper arm tatt of a sun looking down at a kokopelli - in honor of our son).

LP's work has me itching for ink when I can put some money together.
I'm Old School. Vintage style. Latin. Sacred Hearts, Pin Up. I'm REALLY into getting some bluebirds of happiness on my body. There are three of us (mama, papa and baby chick, well, age 4 now).
Nothing too fine line so it ages well.
Hmmmm......

Throwing out some ideas.

Submitted by huck on Wed, 05/21/2008 - 11:16pm.

i like old school alot. i think it is one style i can pull off. are you saying you'd like a bird for each of you? this is a design i did for a friend last year. i really like this one.
Photobucket
where would you put a tattoo?

Submitted by Catmama on Wed, 05/21/2008 - 11:21pm.

of a bird for each of us, maybe in flight? I was thinking on each hip (aka love handle) but now that I see the above pic, I'm liking that too. Hmmmm.....
mama bird, daddy bird and baby bird. The question is two fit great on each side of the body, so the wee one would maybe be flying with mama? SOme old school birds have a efw cherries in their beaks.
