1. It is in the 70's here today and I am elated with excitement. The girls and I spent all day outside, I hung my laundry, and we had a picnic in the front yard.
2. We are all adjusting to life with me working. Next week I go from 3 full days to 5 full days, but I know it will be okay. The girls love their classrooms and I love my students.
3. Being honest with myself finally. I've finally accepted that staying at home is not for me. Saying that does not make me a worse mother, it makes me better, because I've stopped being something I'm not. Hats off to those who can, but I'm finally okay with that not being me. So much guilt to push aside, but I'm happy.
4. Eleven years ago today, dh and kissed. I really don't know how I got so lucky at such a young age, but I did. I love him more and more everyday and not being home all the time, stressed out has made me more energetic for other things.
