Hummus

Description
mix in food processor untill paste consistancy keep refridgerated serve with crackers veggies on sandwiches etc
makes about 1 1/2 -2c of hummus

1 1/2 c cooked chickpeas (canned works fine too)
3 Tbsp Tahini (sesame paste)
3 TBSP Olive oil
3 Tbsp Lemon Juice
2 cloves garlic- minced
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1/8 tsp salt
opt. roasted red peppers - chopped
Ingredients
